Players Club and its partners do not condone spam whatsoever

Players Club Spam Policy

If you participate in the communication or transmission of any form of Spam whatsoever, your account will immediately be placed under review and we will withhold all funds due to you, pending further investigation into your account or accounts.

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify you from any further participation in the Players Club Affiliates program based on the results of our investigation.

We may incur expenses (including legal costs) in dealing with such Spam and such expenses will be set off against the funds in your account that were otherwise payable to you. If after deductions there is a deficiency, we will withhold the payments that were to be made to you until such a time as the expenses have been fully recovered.
